Everyone Will Tell You That Blah-Blah-Blah Is Dead

"Email is DEAD."

"Blogs are DEAD."

"Websites are DEAD."

"Print is DEAD."

"BLAH-BLAH-BLAH is DEAD!!!!!"

People have been saying this for DECADES.

And as soon as you step into building something online, you will hear variations of the above from everywhere.

Here are some other variations:

"It was so much easier to get seen in Instagram 10 years ago -- THIS is what you have to do to be visible now."

"It was so easy to sell a course 5 years ago -- I'll teach you how to build a course that still sells."

"It's not so easy to make six figures online unless you DO THIS!!!"

Do you see a pattern?

People will always fear monger you into believing you are TOO LATE UNLESS YOU BUY THIS ONE THING WHICH WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS.

Everyone here is trying to sell.

Of course they are!

That's the whole point of all of this!

And that's okay.

The problem happens when you start to believe everything just because everyone is saying it.

When you start believing everything is dead, it deters you from starting anything at all.

I think that's my biggest beef with all of this.

Your desire to build and be creative online is like a sapling.

A beautiful, innocent sapling. And then the noise of social media and the gurus stomp all over you, saying things are dead and you're too late -- it really puts a damper on things.

So if you want to do something, just do it.

The experience and insights you'll gain are valuable.

And right now, with the giant AI tsunami hurling in our direction, I believe flexibility and adaptability are more important than ever. It's time to be agile, not rigid.

Be prepared to experiment. A LOT. And be prepared to fail spectacularly AND quietly. A LOT. And then pivot. A LOT.

Eventually the stars will align in ways you never imagined.

In your corner,

Cin
